Meet Chef Kossi

Chef Kossi holds a permanent leadership role at Bistrot Samantha and leads L’Oignon, the house’s French-inspired culinary concept. His menu combines comforting bistro cooking with expressive West African ingredients and flavours. Signature dishes include Tartiflette, Champagne Oxtail Pasta, Cognac Prawns with Beurre Blanc, Burger Maison and Honey Mustard Chicken Skewers. He also brings his own creative direction to Spring Rolls by Chef Kossi.
