14 November 2026 — Phase One: The Open
Selected applicants compete in the opening round.

28 November 2026 — Phase Two: The Final Twelve

Twelve chefs progress to the final stage.

December 2026 — A Very Nigerian Christmas
A 12-course dining experience at Bistrot Samantha, with one winning chef earning the opportunity to lead the table.
